Mill Roll diameter for the unwind is 50” Diameter. Going to 60” Diameter as shown on the attachment is an option for this machine.
Production rate up to 15 logs (90 pieces) per minute or 400 feet (122 m) per minute when perforating, depending on cut length, material quality and characteristics. Note that log is not to be confused with the term roll. If you slit a log into 6 lanes – making 6 rolls per log, the rate is 90 rolls (pieces) a minute.
Web width is 12” to 42”
Comes with a fold section with “C” Fold style. This is for folding the material after it has been slit and prior to perforation. Useful for making large (industrial size) wipes.
Supply voltage is 460/3/60 – need 100 amp service
Rewind mandrels are 1 3/8” Diameter.
Unwind shaft is 3” Diameter.
