Used 9,400 Gallon Stainless Steel Cone bottom Tank with internal coils. Mounted on 4 carbon steel I-beam legs. 4 loops of 2" heating coils at the bottom. Diameter is 120", tank sidewall height 192.5", legs are 36" and total height from leg bottom to top flanges is ~240". 0.25" thick bottom, 0.187" thick sides and top.
Ports: Top - 24" manway & 4 ports @ 3"-150lb
Side - 24" manway, 1 port @ 3" 150lb located at bottom, 1 port @ 1" 150lb located at the bottom, heating coil inlet/outlet @ 2" 300lb
Bottom - 3" 150lb on center
