UNUSED 1000 Gallon LEE Sanitary Jacketed Kettle with sweep / scrape mixer rated for full vacuum. Model 1000 U7S. Internal rated 60 PSI/Full Vacuum @ 250F. Jacketed rated 100 PSI @ 338 Deg..F. MDMT Internal -20 Deg.F. @ 60PSI, MDMT Jacketed -20 Deg.F. @ 100 PSI. Driven by 7.5 HP, 1170 rpm, 230/460 volt motor into Nord Gear reducer with 27 RPM output. Also, has 6" Flange to accommodate higher speed mixer (not included). Equipped with (3) spray balls for CIP and flush mount outlet valve. (UNUSED on Manufacturer's Skid, Date of Manufacture 2022).
