Has (1) top mounted Mixer with scraper/sweep blades agitator and also (1) shaft with (2) sets of pitched blade props (sweep is 7.5 HP, 1735 RPMi/10 RPMo; Shaft with props is 7.5 HP, 1735 RPMi/85 RPMo). Bottom mounted high shear mixer driven by 25 HP, 1170 RPM, 230/460 V. Jacket rated 90 PSI @ 350/-20 Deg.F. 5' dia x 3' T/T (5' from top of dish to bottom of cone). 13'6" Overall Height. Sanitary construction.
