Description

Used 35 cuft (1 m3) Krauss Maffei Titus Nauta mixer/conical vacuum blender and dryer, conical dryer. Model TMT1/200. 316 Ti Stainless steel vessel with 316L stainless steel screw. Rated -14.5 PSI/ 40 PSI @ 330 degF (-1/3 bar g @ 165 degC). Jacket and Screw rated 90 PSI @ 330 degF (6 bar @ 165 degC). Screw is 8" dia (200mm). Variable speed, rotational speed of screw blending/drying is 9.7 to 97 RPM. Discharging downward 9.7 to 18 RPM, discharging upward 9.7 to 27 RPM. Jacket capacity is 45 gallon (170 L), screw capacity is 3 gallon (12 L). Main drive is 15 HP, 460 V UL Class 1/2 group C/D. Discharge conveyor is 3 HP, 230/460 V.
